TOM'S MISSION IS TO BRING SIMPLE AND ACCESSIBLE MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT AND EDUCATION TO THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
HOW?
The start to any mental health journey is talking and that’s exactly what we offer.
Tom visits the office monthly, hosting breakfast or lunch sessions inclusive of the food.
During these sessions, Tom leads open conversations about mental health, sharing practical tips, guidance, and interactive exercises designed to engage and support the team.
Following the group session, Tom is available for one-to-one conversations and takes time to connect with individuals in their working environment, building trust and understanding.
Each employee receives a support pack, which includes access details for our online portal, a non intrusive questionnaire and information on how to reach Tom directly for more private or ongoing support.

WHY
CONSTRUCTION?
Unfortunately Mental Health is often overlooked within the construction industry, a sector traditionally driven by physical endurance, tight deadlines, and a “tough-it-out” culture.
Our founders have not only witnessed this issue first-hand but experienced it personally, driving their passion and commitment to lead meaningful change for the benefit of all.
Supporting mental wellbeing isn’t just the right thing to do, it also makes good business sense.
Companies that invest in mental health see improved safety, lower absenteeism, and a more engaged workforce.
For employees, it means access to support, better coping tools, and a healthier, more productive work life.
‘’It’s time to break the stigma and build a stronger industry.’’
